Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
- You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
- The request is made via email to [email protected] with proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- The request is made after 48 hours of purchase.
- The course content has been partially or fully accessed beyond 10%.
- The refund request is made due to change of mind or personal reasons.
- The user has violated SkyHut.ai’s Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities.
- The purchase was made via a promotional offer or discount, unless explicitly mentioned.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with your order details and reason for the refund.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Course Replacement Option
If you are not satisfied with a course but are ineligible for a refund, you may request a course exchange within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval.
Affiliate & Referral Earnings
Affiliate commissions are non-refundable once a sale is completed.
If a refund is processed for a referred sale, the affiliate commission will be adjusted accordingly.
